Confidence or arrogance? We are so quick to judge someone as arrogant if they show a little confidence. So much so we have scared the self worth right out of people these days. The truth is, if you have a problem with someone with confidence, the real issue lies inside of you, not them. True believers are confident. True understanders of the bible are progressive forward thinkers and doers.

Knowledge is Power

Ignorance is a lack of knowledge. And when you understand the knowledge in the bible, you just cannot help but to be confident. The poor in money and in spirit, point their fingers at the rich and confident in scripture. Why? Envy, jealousy, pride, all the above. Study the scriptures, learn what Jesus taught the multitudes.

Obedience is Confidence

Every sin falls under idolatry. Anything that gets in the way of your relationship with Christ is an idol. If you understand the tolerance of Jesus, then you also understand the balance of confidence and arrogance. Standing on the words of GOD is not arrogant, but obedient. Confidence only turns into arrogance when you lose sight of GODs tolerance. Being obedient to GODs word build confidence.

Boldness is Uplifting

Today, stand in confidence in your Creator. Respect Him, look up to him and model after Him. Confidence in Christ only builds confidence here on earth. Be bold in your beliefs with an unconditional love for yourself and others. And while doing so, remember, there is no arrogance in confidence as long as you respect the tolerance of GOD.
